Meet The Designers

Here at L.B.I.D, we have always felt that the job of a designer is to interview our clients, determine their desires and make these a reality. It is not our goal to impose our tastes on clients; rather to help them create the spaces they dream about, but aren’t sure how to construct.

“I have to know and understand the people with whom I work. I am not designing for me, I’m designing for them.” From traditional to modern, Bryan takes an original approach to every project. The preferences of the customer, the design of the space and the desired feel and style of the project are taken into consideration and designed with a precise attention to detail.

Lee Bryan

Born in Valdosta, Georgia, Lee Bryan started his college career at Valdosta State. In his first year, he read an article of a designer profiled in Architectural digest that sparked an interest in the appealing functions of design. As a result he transferred to the University of Georgia and graduated with a Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. After graduation, Bryan sought to turn his degree into a profession and moved to Miami to further develop his skills and talent.

Bryan’s portfolio includes a wide variety of designs ranging from an upscale, contemporary automotive showroom (Atlanta Classic Cars) to classic, elegant Panamanian homes, to hospitality projects — such as hotels and meeting spaces. The extent of his ability to accommodate the diverse needs of each client is impressive, and his technique is simple: he simply follows a client’s lifestyle.

“I have to know and understand the people with whom I work. I am not designing for me. I’m designing for them.” From traditional to modern, Bryan takes an original approach to every project. The preferences of the customer, the design of the space and the desired feel and style of the project are taken into consideration and designed with precise attention to detail.

Previous projects include the Gamboa Rainforest Resort and the Miramar Inter-Continental hotel in Panama. The Gamboa Rainforest resort, one of Bryan’s larger and more specialized projects, overlooks the Chagres River and is adorned with colors that are comparable only to the environment that the resort is located. The Miramar Hotel has become a landmark in Panama, and with its elegant furnishings, Bryan succeeds in capturing the stunning attraction of the eighth wonder of the world.

Maintaining a fresh outlook with every new relationship, Bryan continues to gain clients in various foreign locations while his following of private clients also increases. From the beaches of Panama to the skyscrapers of Atlanta, each project is personalized for the client. “People don’t want to see their neighbor’s house and furniture,” says Bryan. “I try to create something that’s one of a kind.” With examples of contemporary designs, traditional designs, art deco, and classic French, his portfolio reinforces the fact that his designs are as diverse as the clients he serves.

Joe Keller

Joe studied history at George Mason University in Northern Virginia prior to moving to Atlanta. In Atlanta Joe has worked in the design industry since 2002. He has worked in the retail furniture industry as well as in showrooms dedicated to the trade only. Since starting LBID, LLC Joe has been involved in all aspects of the business, including the accounting, design, installation, and marketing of the design services. His abilities are a great asset to LBID and we are all happy to work together as a strong team.

Joe has been able to master the sketch up software to help create designs and improve the visual presentation of these designs to make it easier for clients to understand the concepts. During installations, Joe is able to be creative in finding solutions when problems arise and is able to be decisive and secure in these solutions.

There are many facets to an interior design business and Joe has his hands in all of these. We work as a team at LBID and as a team, we are all integral to the success of the business.
